What's the ongoing cost for filter replacements?
The pre-filter (Stage 1) is replaced roughly every 6 months. The RO membrane (Stage 2) lasts 18–24 months. The post-filter (Stage 3) lasts about 12 months. The system's smart LED display tells you exactly when each filter needs replacing. We also offer convenient replacement filter delivery so you never have to think about it. I'm on a private well. Will this work for me?

How does the TDS display work?
The built-in smart LED panel shows your water's Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading in real time — both what's coming in from your tap and what's coming out after filtration. It also tracks filter life for each stage so you know exactly when replacements are needed.
Does it waste a lot of water?
No. This system has a 2:1 pure-to-drain ratio, which means for every 2 gallons of clean water, only 1 gallon goes to drain. That's up to 450% more efficient than conventional RO systems. Over its lifetime, the water savings actually help offset the cost of the system.
