Safe Water Iowa SWI-600B+ Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Safe Water Iowa, LLC ("Sponsor"), Ankeny, Iowa. The giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor.

2. Not affiliated with Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta from any and all liability and acknowledge that you are providing your information to Safe Water Iowa, LLC, and not to Meta.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the State of Iowa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and members of Safe Water Iowa, LLC, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Existing Safe Water Iowa customers and those who have placed an order or deposit are eligible to enter on the same terms as everyone else and receive no additional or improved chance of winning.

4. Giveaway period and drawings. This giveaway consists of two (2) separate drawings, each awarding one (1) prize:

Drawing 1: Entries accepted from the time the Drawing 1 entry post is published through Monday, July 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Winner selected on or about July 13, 2026.

Drawing 2: Entries accepted from the time the Drawing 2 entry post is published through Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Winner selected on or about July 22, 2026.

Sponsor's computer or timekeeping is the official time for the giveaway.

5. How to enter. During an open entry period, complete all of the following on the corresponding giveaway post on Safe Water Iowa's Facebook page:

Completing these steps counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing. Additional comments do not earn additional entries. Entry is free. You do not need to purchase anything to enter or to win, and purchasing will not increase your chance of winning. Entries that are incomplete, late, or that Sponsor cannot reasonably verify may be disqualified.

6. Winner selection and odds. One (1) winner per drawing will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that drawing's entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A potential winner is not a winner until eligibility is verified and the prize is awarded.

7. Prize. Each winner receives one (1) SWI-600B+ tankless under-sink reverse osmosis system. Approximate retail value (ARV): $350 USD. Total of two (2) prizes will be awarded across the giveaway. Shipping within Iowa is included. The prize does not include professional installation; the system is designed for do-it-yourself installation, and any professional installation is the winner's responsibility and at the winner's expense. The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted, and no cash equivalent will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner notification. Each winner will be announced on Safe Water Iowa's Facebook page and contacted by Sponsor through a reply to their entry comment and/or a direct message. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond and provide their full name, Iowa shipping address, and contact information, and confirm eligibility, within five (5) calendar days of being notified. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) calendar days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their first name and city or town of residence in connection with announcing and promoting the giveaway, without further compensation.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is provided to and used by Safe Water Iowa, LLC, in accordance with its privacy policy, and is not provided to Meta. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.

12. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Safe Water Iowa, LLC, and its members and representatives from any claim or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

13. Governing law. This giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
